Adopting the system is one decision. This is one order.

The awkward part of changing system is never the technique. It is the shopping list: gliders in the right length, all four file sizes because the canal decides which one you need, cones that match the shapes those files cut, points that match the cones, and something to irrigate through. Miss one line and the first case stalls. The Treatment Solution Box is that list, assembled at the factory.

Why the box holds what it holds

Six Gliders, because every case begins with a glide path secured by hand and then expanded mechanically – Dentsply's directions for use are explicit about that order, and no reciprocating system removes the step.

All four shaping sizes, in multiple packs. The Primary shapes most canals; the Small is there for the canal that will not let it pass, the Medium and Large for the apex that gauges wider. Stocking only the Primary is how a single-file system quietly becomes a three-appointment one.

Sixty assorted Conform Fit™ cones and 180 Primary paper points, because the fill should belong to the shape that was cut. Then ten side-vent irrigation needles, so the case is not held up by the one item nobody remembers to order.

Every instrument in the box is 25 mm – the length most cases call for. The 21 and 31 mm singles are there for the short root and the long canine when they turn up.

› What is not in the box? A motor, hand files, irrigant and sealer. Everything WaveOne® Gold specific is here; the rest is what your surgery already runs on.

› Do I need a particular motor? Any reciprocating motor carrying the WaveOne setting – X-Smart® Pro+, X-Smart® Go, VDW.SILVER®RECIPROC® and VDW.GOLD®. One setting covers Glider and files alike.

› Is this only for practices new to the system? No – it is also the tidiest way to restock the whole range at once instead of chasing eight order lines.

› What do I reorder first? Whatever your caseload actually spends – usually Primary files and Gliders, then points and cones.
