The cone cut to the shape your R20 actually made

A Minima preparation is not a constant taper, so a constant-taper cone will not fit it. R20 leaves a canal that is .08 apically and reduces coronally – try to fill that with a standard .02 or .04 point and you are either short at the apex or bound in the middle third. ConformFit™ points are injection moulded to match the shape the corresponding file leaves behind, which is what gives you a snug apical fit and honest tug back.

› Use with RECIPROC® Minima R20 – the file this cone is cut for.

› Dry first – matched R20 paper points reach the same shape the cone will occupy.

› Seal with a bioceramic sealer such as NeoSEALER® EZFlo, whose 29 ga tips suit a conservative preparation.

Can I not just use a standard .04 cone?
You can try, but you are fitting a straight-tapered cone to a variable-tapered canal. The matched cone exists because the file's geometry is unusual – that is the whole argument for Minima in the first place.

What about RECIPROC® blue points?
Different preparation entirely. Blue cuts a .08 regressive taper; Minima averages 3.6% on the R20. Use the cone matched to the file you actually used.

Which size do I need?
The one matching your final file – RM25, RM35, RM45, or the assorted box.
