Meisinger’s 191 Müller-pattern bur – the “goose neck” – which Meisinger list as the pulp chamber drill “Müller”, 191R, and describe as a “long reach, round bur ideal for working in the pulp chamber”. Steel, on a contra-angle shank (RA XL), 34 mm overall with an 18 mm working part. This is size 100.
