Out of sealer, not out of tips? This is the syringe-only refill: two 15 g AH Plus Jet mixing syringes, 30 g in all, for practices that already have the Starter Kit and a stock of tips. There are no tips in the box, so if yours are running low add a box of 40. Dentsply Sirona’s own AH Plus scientific manual notes that AH Plus “has been described by many authors as the 'gold standard' in root canal sealing materials”, and the benchmark new sealers are evaluated against.

› Bleed each new syringe – Dentsply Sirona: dispense a small amount of paste before the first clinical application, “to ensure an appropriate mixing ratio”.
› One tip, one application – “After the sealer application, mixing tip and intraoral tip must be discarded.” Recap the syringe.
› Check the history – The directions list hypersensitivity to epoxy resins, amines or other components as a contraindication.

Starter Kit or Refill?
The Starter Kit is one syringe with 20 tips, a mixing pad, technique guide and organizer tray. The Refill is two syringes and nothing else. Buy the kit first, then this.
